Benefits of Rolfing
People of all ages and types can benefit from Rolfing. Rolfing can successfully be used for improving posture, athletic performance, and flexibility, as well as addressing chronic aches and pains that have not responded to other treatments. It can be part of a program to optimize well-being or used even as a way to relieve emotional traumas locked in the physical structure. After a Rolfing session, typical reactions are feelings of spaciousness, lightness, less aches and pains, or being taller or straighter. Increased body awareness over time allows the body to better self-organize, which ultimately sustains the changes.
